Returns & Refunds Policy for ONTOPCO
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we offer a simple and transparent return policy, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
– unused
– unworn
– unwashed
– in original condition
– with packaging and tags (if applicable)
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn headwear or items that show signs of use.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:
– item defect
– incorrect item received
– damage occurred before delivery
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Exchanges
If you would like the same item in a different color or style (if available), contact us — we will assist with an exchange where possible.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. After an order has been shipped, the standard return process applies.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare case that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue immediately.

We will respond within 1–2 business days.
9. Location & Responsibility
All orders are processed and shipped from Latvia (EU).
Returns must be sent to the return address provided by ONTOPCO upon request.

You have the right to:
– request data related to your order
– request correction or deletion of personal data
– request a copy of your transaction record
